CRIMINALIZING Human Mistakes

               There is now a very disturbing and dangerous trend 
          in our society, and it is a very slippery slope.  More 
          and more people are being treated like criminals for 
          making human mistakes, some of them resulting in 
          accidents, including traffic accidents. 

               What ever happened to the legal principle and 
          requirement about "criminal intent"? 

               Why should a person pay a lot of money for 
          liability insurance, if the government is going to 
          destroy his life anyway, along with the lives of his 
          family? 

               This police state keeps getting worse and worse!

               In that October 2005 fatal bus accident on I-94, it 
          was the BUS driver who was most negligent.  He was 
          driving too fast to be able to stop within the effective 
          range of his headlights, or he wasn't paying attention.  
          The truck driver did not hit anyone or anything except 
          the road in his accident.  Did the truck driver INTEND 
          to kill or injure people that night? 

               This disturbing trend is one of the many results of 
          the widespread ignorance about the most important Law in 
          the universes, which can be stated in several ways, 
          including "He that leadeth into captivity shall go into 
          captivity", Revelation 13:10 KJV.  This absolute 
          automatic guaranteed Law of Karma applies to everyone, 
          everywhere, at all times.  NO persons are above or 
          immune to this Law, regardless of their manmade laws, 
          their religion, who or what they think they are, or what 
          their Sunday morning preachers have led them to believe.
