Iraq War Is UNCONSTITUTIONAL Article VI of the United States Constitution says that ratified treaties "shall be the supreme law of the land". The United Nations Charter was ratified by the United States Senate in 1945. Article 2 of the United Nations Charter states that "all members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state". Article 51 of the United Nations Charter allows the right of self-defense ONLY "if an armed attack occurs" against the country invoking the right. The United States' attack against and invasion of Iraq, which has NOT attacked the United States, is a BLATANT VIOLATION of the United Nations Charter and is therefore UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
