               Most public and university libraries have a multi-volume 
          set of reference books titled "Encyclopedia of Associations".  
          The 3-volume 3482-page 1994 Edition for American associations 
          has a 129-page section for "Religious Organizations" with 
          1231 descriptive entries, averaging 9.5 of them per 8-3/8" by 
          11" page. 

               But Eckankar is NOT included there in the 1994 Edition, 
          (NOT listed in the index), NOR in any previous Edition where 
          I have looked for it. 

               I think that it would be beneficial if the Eckankar 
          headquarters staff try to get a good descriptive entry for 
          Eckankar in the NEXT Edition (1996 ?) of the "Encyclopedia of 
          Associations", which would be LIKE A FREE AD IN THE TELEPHONE 
          YELLOW PAGES!
